UNIDO’s Communication Material at the GEF Seventh Assembly
The GEF Seventh Assembly, a pivotal event in global environmental cooperation, demanded clear and engaging communication material to reach diverse audiences. As a graphic designer, I had the opportunity to contribute to this crucial mission by crafting a suite of communication materials for UNIDO (United Nations Industrial Development Organization).
Embracing Challenges: Research, Collaboration and Design
Understanding UNIDO’s brand identity and the complex information involved were key considerations. Through meticulous research, collaboration with the UNIDO team, and careful attention to detail, I navigated potential challenges like limited time and a complex information landscape.
Delivering Impact: Brochures, Inserts and Social Media
The project encompassed various deliverables, including an informative brochure, eye-catching inserts on specific UNIDO x GEF initiatives, and engaging social media content. Each element was designed to effectively communicate UNIDO’s message and resonate with different target groups.
Positive Outcomes and Personal Learnings
The final materials garnered positive feedback from UNIDO and successfully conveyed the organization’s commitment to global environmental solutions. This project not only allowed me to contribute to a meaningful cause but also honed my skills in designing for diverse audiences and navigating complex communication challenges.
